TV viewers of the NFC wild-card game between the Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers on Saturday afternoon missed a big miscue before kickoff.Referee Ed Hochuli, he of the massive biceps, Sports Illustrated cover and overly long explanations of his calls, messed up the coin toss.
