Arum hopes to conclude Pacquiao-Floyd talks 'this week'

MANILA – Top Rank chief executive Bob Arum hopes to wrap up negotiations with the camp of Floyd Mayweather Jr. this week but was non-committal when asked if the highly anticipated bout between the American and Manny Pacquiao will ever happen.
