Hank Peters, architect of Orioles team that won 1983 World Series, dies at 90

Hank Peters, the baseball executive who played a pivotal role in assembling the Baltimore Orioles team that won the 1983 World Series, died Jan. 4 at a hospice in Boca Raton, Fla.
