Former Jacksonville Jaguars running backs coach Terry Richardson has agreed to accept the same position at Maryland, a source with knowledge of the situation said Wednesday night.There is no immediate timetable for an announcement on Richardson’s hire, which will reunite the former Connecticut assistant with Maryland Coach Randy Edsall.
