At the conclusion of practice Wednesday, the Chicago Blackhawks gathered around center ice, right around where second base would normally be at Nationals Park , and posed for a team picture ahead of the 2015 Winter Classic. It was another moment when the six teammates that make up the definitive core of this roster, the ones who were also in this photo six years ago when Chicago participated in its first Winter Classic, could look around and take stock of just how far they had come.
